One clinic, one stack, one team on call

The problem

A growing clinic was running bookings, intake, follow-up and marketing across disconnected tools and chat threads. Every new service meant another account, another login, and another place for something to go missing.

What we did

  1. 01Rebuilt the public site with online booking and full payment taken at the time of booking.
  2. 02Deployed our clinic management platform, with this clinic as its first customer.
  3. 03Imported more than six thousand historical appointments so nothing was lost in the move.
  4. 04Built an assistant on the site that answers patient questions behind a medical safety gate.
  5. 05Stood up self-hosted social publishing, a consent application, a staff academy platform, and a patient recovery portal with its own database and nightly encrypted backups.
  6. 06Took on the running of all of it: security hardening, database access rules on every table, an isolated service per application, and a watcher for uptime and integrity.

The result

One operator runs the whole clinic stack. Everything sits on infrastructure the clinic controls, with a single team on call for it.
