One clinic, one stack, one team on call
- Sector
- Post-operative recovery clinic
- Where
- New York City
The problem
A growing clinic was running bookings, intake, follow-up and marketing across disconnected tools and chat threads. Every new service meant another account, another login, and another place for something to go missing.
What we did
- Rebuilt the public site with online booking and full payment taken at the time of booking.
- Deployed our clinic management platform, with this clinic as its first customer.
- Imported more than six thousand historical appointments so nothing was lost in the move.
- Built an assistant on the site that answers patient questions behind a medical safety gate.
- Stood up self-hosted social publishing, a consent application, a staff academy platform, and a patient recovery portal with its own database and nightly encrypted backups.
- Took on the running of all of it: security hardening, database access rules on every table, an isolated service per application, and a watcher for uptime and integrity.
The result
One operator runs the whole clinic stack. Everything sits on infrastructure the clinic controls, with a single team on call for it.
