An inherited booking portal, made stable

An agency site and booking portal, inherited from previous developers, went down again and again. Pages were slow, payment flows were abandoned halfway, and nobody could say why.

1. 01Traced the outages to a database permission that kept being lost, and fixed the cause rather than restarting the symptom.
2. 02Worked through performance: caching, and the unused styles that were shipping on every page.
3. 03Migrated the hosting.
4. 04Set up search visibility properly, including correct sitemaps.
5. 05Ran a full quality audit and shipped roughly thirty fixes across three waves.
6. 06Chased the payment gateway failures with the provider until they were resolved.
